Whist architecturally, this space was designed to anchor the open space at the New Wing Atrium, it has also brought new life and revenue to an otherwise wasted space.
The water scape around the raised floor level (±1500mm) acts as a live water stream. Oversized jars made of backlit faux alabaster, typifying water vessels, used daily in villages, has not only provided great accent to the space but has effectively created good screening to Guests attending functions at the raised Atrium from passers-by making their way to the Lift Lobbies and other areas.
